Categories of personal data

• Identity data: full name and, where applicable, company affiliation.
• Contact data: phone number, email address and postal/physical address.
• WhatsApp data: WhatsApp phone number and the content of messages you send or receive from our official business account.
• Inquiry details: the property, unit or building you ask about, and any context you choose to share.
• Service-request details: maintenance issues reported, photos and documents shared, access instructions, and preferred service windows.

2. How we use your data

We process personal data only for the following purposes:

• Property management — administering tenancies, leases and owner reporting.
• Maintenance coordination — scheduling visits, dispatching technicians and tracking work orders.
• Customer support — responding to questions and complaints.
• Service updates — sending booking confirmations, status updates and completion notices.
• WhatsApp communication — providing the channels described in section 3.
• Legal & regulatory compliance — meeting our obligations under UAE law.

3. WhatsApp communication

We use WhatsApp Business for fast service coordination. We only contact you on WhatsApp after you have contacted us first, or have explicitly opted in (for example by sharing your number through our website or signing a service agreement). Typical WhatsApp messages include:

• Acknowledgements of new inquiries.
• Maintenance scheduling, dispatch and completion updates.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Documents and photos related to the works performed at your property.
• Direct customer-support replies from our team.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, your WhatsApp number or the contents of your messages to any third party. Personal data is shared only with:

• Vetted contractors and technicians strictly to the extent needed to deliver the maintenance work you have requested.
• Regulatory bodies and authorities where required by UAE law or by a court order.
• Service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (e.g. email or messaging platforms), under contractual confidentiality obligations.

5. Storage and protection

We retain personal data only for as long as is needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We apply organisational and technical safeguards — including access controls, encrypted transport and least-privilege principles — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.

Maintenance and service records may be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to support warranty, dispute-resolution or audit purposes.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate or out-of-date information.
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp communication by replying STOP, or for email communication by replying with the word UNSUBSCRIBE.
